Please make your payment of $25 AND
fill out this form. Your request must be paid for and submitted by noon the Friday before the week the message will run.
Only birthday messages for Quail Run students will be displayed. The message will be displayed for 5 days (Monday-Friday). Only student first name and initial of last name will be on the marquee. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional text, personalized messages or slides.
